Group Classes

We offer a wide variety of fitness classes, including strength training, boot camp, flexibility, kickboxing, and much more. Most classes are appropriate for all fitness levels and age groups, though we have more advanced and intense classes as well. You are sure to find several that are perfect for you.

ZUMBA
Zumba® Fitness is a feel-happy workout that combines a motivating fusion of Latin and international music with unique moves and dynamic combinations that allow participants to dance away their worries.  It is based on the principle that a workout should be "Fun and Easy to Do" allowing Zumba® Fitness participants to stick to the program and achieve long-term health benefits in both body and mind.   A mixture of body-sculpting movements with easy-to-follow dance steps, the routines utilize the principles of aerobic interval and resistance training.  A combination of fast and slow rhythms tone and sculpt the body, maximizing caloric output, fat burning and total body toning.

Resistance for Beginners
This class is meant for the beginner and / or older clients who want to learn the proper execution of resistance training in a controlled setting.

Dynamic Flexibility will be introduced to impose stability as well as core conditioning and light cardio bursts will be introduced to support cardiac output to give participants a well rounded total body workout.

On Mondays:
We Use Kettle Bells and Dumbbells

This unique form of training combines Cardio and Strength training. Kettle bell training focuses more on muscle movement then muscles which results in total body functional training and  strength as a function of mobility.

On Thursdays:
It's Basic Boot camp
We will use resistance bands, stability balls, body weight and Medicine Balls (to name a few)

Benefits of Strength Training:
It can be very powerful in reducing the signs and symptoms of numerous diseases and chronic conditions, among them: arthritis, diabetes, osteoporosis, obesity, back pain, depression.
Build Lean Muscle and Burn Fat!

Core Conditioning
This class focuses on building a strong abdominal wall and strengthening the lower back.

Benefits:
alleviates back pain, improves posture, increase athletic performance, improve balance and promote safer everyday movement.

Boot Camp

This fun and challenging boot camp, designed for all levels of fitness offers total body conditioning. This class integrates agility ladders, body weight, medicine balls, and resistance bands (to name a few) to give a fun total body workout and more complex and challenging exercises for advanced participants.


Benefits:
improves heart health, increases metabolism, enhances hormonal profile and improves recovery ability.

Cardio Kickboxing
What is Cardio Kickboxing?

This class is not for the faint of heart! The instructor utilizes focus mitts, Thai pads, kicking shields and other training aids to create a fun and fast-paced training experience. This is best suited for building confidence and breaking the monotony of everyday cardiovascular training.

Benefits:
reduces stress, boosts confidence, improves coordination, burns mega calories, boosts energy and is an excellent source of cross
training. *Please note all participates must provide their own gloves. (We do have gloves to borrow for new Students and students trying out this class)

This unique class is Michelle’s own combination of martial arts (kickboxing), cardio and core workouts to increase your vascular health, strengthen muscles, increase coordination, stability and balance and BURN calories! And she does it all with a smile and level of intensity that is contagious!

BodyWeight BURN
30 minutes of HIIT (High Intensity interval training) body weight training followed by 15 minutes of cooldown.
High Intensity interval training is great for burning fat and toning the body.  This class is based on body weight and will utilize minimal equipment. Working all-out effort for 30 minutes will not only clear your mind but spike your metabolize for 24 hours prior to your workout and help burn off fat during the hours you aren’t even training. The remaining 15 minutes of the class will focus on cooling the body down with opening and stretching exercises to emphasize the importance of incorporating stretch into your daily routine

TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING
What is Suspension Training?
Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete hundreds of exercises.

This Class is a SEMI- Private Training Session with up to Four students MAX which ensures optimal instruction. You will truly learn techniques to turn this piece of equipment into an ALL IN ONE Gym!

Express Fit
This fast paced class is our toned down version of high intensity interval training. Great for someone looking to get all of the benefits of our BodyWeight Burn/HIIT class but not conditioned for the advanced version. We will get you in and out and feeling amazing in this lunchtime No Excuses total body burst.
