Michelle Hawkes

Michelle is a very active mother of two. She has had a lifetime love for fitness. After the birth of her second child she found herself over weight and needed to get back to a healthy lifestyle. She found kickboxing and through hard work she was able to lose 70 lbs. She has been involved in many types of martial arts including Kung-Fu, kick boxing, and MMA classes. She is very warm and has an easy way about her.
She wants to share her passion for fitness with anyone that wants to listen.
