Introducing our Trainer Rhiana Carignan
Rhiana’s passion for fitness began when she starting working out with a trainer (our very own Tiffany Fiske) herself while on college breaks. Throughout school she continuously tried new fitness classes and trained on her own. Working out became such a part of her life she realized she wanted to help others feel the positive effects of a healthy lifestyle with exercise. After graduating from business school, Rhiana received her NASM certification in Personal Training. She continues to take classes to expand her knowledge and is suspension training certified. She loves body weight training as well as kickboxing, a great total body workout.
Over the past few years Rhiana has also developed an interest in inversions and continues to practice and develop new skills that she tries on herself so she can then teach and help others. Working a 40 hour a week desk job she knows firsthand it is a struggle to find the time to be active. She would love to help motivate and get you started towards a healthier and happier lifestyle.
